Meet the new RMG Coach Ericka Lewis Mansfield!
Ericka is an award winning journalist and has more than 20 years in experience. If you are near Denver, Colorado and would like to shoot a reel, Ericka is the ideal mentor. Ericka has anchored and reported for major television stations across the country, including the CBS affiliate in Denver.
As a coach for Reel Media Group, Ericka says that she uses a hands on approach to help launch the careers of new journalists and her students “walk away with a resume reel that sets them apart from the competition.”
Ericka recently made an appearance at the monthly meeting of the Colorado Association of Black Journalists, an organization that awarded Ericka with the “Journalist of the Year” award in 2006. At the meeting Ericka was able to have some one-on-one time with the journalists that attended the event.
